A SIMPLE SPICE
Curry powder…inside the powder is turmeric! Amazing history…look it up in National Institute of Health…over 15,000 references! (It supposed to cure just about everything!). And historically in India…the old folks over there have less dementia…or Alzheimer’s.
"Curcumin has been used in India for thousands of years as a food flavoring and preservative, as well as an herbal remedy for arthritis, cancer, cardiac disease, and other medical conditions. The results supported the idea that an ingredient in curry spice may protect memory in older adults, but it was not proof and systematic research comparing curcumin use with a placebo was needed to confirm a cause-and-effect relationship."
FIRST LONG TERM STUDY
But there was no proof …until early 2018…a UCLA study…double blind placebo controlled over 18 months…the first long term study…the results: the 40 folks who stuck with it for the full term of the study…had 28% better memory and also demonstrated improved attention and even were in better moods! It still amazes me …that this simple spice…could make such a difference!

BACKED BY REAL SCIENCE
(This is not intended to cure anything…I’m just reporting the facts…go to Google. UCLA research turmeric study …should be the first thing to pop up!). And oh-by-the-way…the most important thing the UCLA research shows is…that the amyloid plaques and tau (clinically associated with Alzheimer’s disease). in the PET scans of the brains of those in the study had ‘significantly’ less signals!

Ok then I had found the one thing: turmeric and it passed the tests: history and science were there. Now…I needed just one more big thing… The last step then was: How were we going to do it? But…because I wasn’t going to eat curry twice a day or even carry capsules around with me… And because turmeric is a spice – what interested me was ‘how to make turmeric tasty enough...
